Description
Control-dragging to select multiple components will actually select the enclosed components on all layers, not just the currently active layer.

'JTPageControl component' comes from JomiTech "Components for PHP Full".
It's a tab control, with each tab representing a different layer of content.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a JTPageControl component.
2. Add 2 tabs to the JTPageControl component.
3. Place two buttons, one on the first tab, the other on the second.
4. Control-drag the full area of the tab.
5. Look in the "Structure" panel, and you'll notice that both controls are selected.

Adddtional Note:
-----
The "Version" tag for this bug report doesn't include an updates section. I am using HTML5Builder *Update 1*. I've also stated the "Build #" tag as the full version number of HTML5Builder. For the "Platform" tag, I've entered 32-bit - I am using Windows 7 64-bit, but the application itself is 32-bit. Also, your product has changed names several times, but perhaps you should update your Quality Central section names?
Workarounds
You can hold down shift while clicking each of the elements you want, but if you have a large number of components on the page, this is much more time consuming than if the control-dragging was actually working.

What is JTPageControl? Is it 3rd-party component?
