The Image components "ImageStretch" property simply doesn't work.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an Image component. Set the Width and Height properties (assuming you can set them - see
2. Set the ImageStretch property.
3. Run the form. You'll notice that the image is not stretched.
If you want an image to be stretched/shrunk to a particular size, open an image manipulation program (e.g., Photoshop, Gimp, Paint), and modify the image to the exact size you want.

Could you please attach sample project to reproduce/confirm your issue?

Please use Windows Native GUI Client for QualityCentral to attach a .zip file to your existing report.
It is available at this URL.

Does that mean that you can't reproduce the issue?

Where abouts in quality central is the link to attach a file (also, I assume file attachments are not publicly viewable?).

I do not know the ImageStretch property. What is it? How do you set the property, for example setting to True or False etc...?

Could you tell us more detail about it? Did you create a your own Image component?
or, did you put a Image component of RPCL onto a Form etc...?

(Note: I only saw the option of providing an attachment when creating a report, not when commenting on it.)
