Description
Editing table's field doesn't always modify Allow Nulls property

RAD Studio XE2
Windows7 64bit

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In IBconsole select an existing database
2. Select Tables -> Table Editor opens
3. Add a field to some table. Use a domain that does not allow nulls.
4. Edit this field. Change its domain to something that DOES allow nulls.

the bug:
-> even though nulls should be allowed in this field according to new domain, they are not.
Allow nulls kept its original property.

I can change this only by deleting the field from the table and then adding it again using this domain which allows nulls.
