Description

TLanguages.Create violates hardware-enforced DEP.
Encountered on AMD64 running Windows 2003 SP1
(Note that W2003 SP1 enables DEP by default)

I've uploaded a fix for D5, D6 and D7 on codecentral, see:
http://codecentral.borland.com/Item.aspx?ID=23411

It seems to be fixed in the Delphi 2005 RTL.
