When running Update4 Hotfix 2 and selecting "Client only" the update is installed to "C:\Program Files (x86)" even if I select another directory during the setup process.

Steps to Reproduce:

During the setup process I select the directory where the IB client is currently installed (C:\Embarcadero\Interbase).
The installer warns that there is a version of IB already installed there and I select "Yes" to overwrite it. But then the installer goes on installing to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero" anyway.
