Description
Every vertical scroll operation causes the currently selected report to change.  This makes browsing the list an unfriendly and non-intuitive task.  IMHO, it would be better to let the scrollbar function as a normal scrollbar and allow the user to decide when to select a report.  I suspect this is caused by the use of the data grid component (which I've never liked its scrolling feature either).

As a guideline, the scrollbar should be used to signify that more records exist off-screen not  as a "move between records" control.  This sort of behavior should use speed buttons that indicate move one, move page, etc.
