When I try to connect with my Quality Central Windows client with both XE4 and XE6 clients on two different networks, it tries to connect and then replies "The Servers is not available.  Would you like to start in offline mode?"

This has been going on for at least two days now.
Steps to Reproduce:
Run the Windows Quality Central Client

Tomohiro Takahashi at 10/9/2014 12:41:09 AM -
I have same problem today.
What OS do you use, for example Windows 8.1 64bit etc...?

I post this comment from QualityCentral.exe(v1.0.1.41) running on Windows 2000.

Ken Schafer at 10/9/2014 1:50:39 PM -
I've tried it on a Windows 7 64 bit machine and a Window 7 32 bit machine with the same results.  And I just tried it again and it still won't connect.

Also, although I know this is off-topic, I need you to reopen Report #128041 as your "workaround" does NOT work.  I've posted two comments there to this effect and nothing has been done.

Still down.

Strangely, QualityCentral.exe(v1.0.1.41) running on Windows 2000 can connect QC server.

Ken Schafer at 10/16/2014 2:16:16 AM -
Unfortunately, I'd imagine that the number of developers running Windows 2000 is roughly nil.

This has been down for at least a week now... that's pretty ridiculous.

Eduardo Fonseca at 10/17/2014 1:07:36 PM -
This problem already has more than 15 days

Pascal Willener at 10/19/2014 2:34:35 PM -
Still down...

"The Server is currently not available. Would you like to start in offline mode?"

If i click yes, a messagebox appears "Session id not valid. Please log in."

If i click OK, QualityCentral crashes with a APPCRASH screen.

WindowsClient cannot connect.
Is it Possible that the Interface URL has changed?

The Client reports an Timelimit Error for the Login function

Richard Baroniunas at 10/27/2014 2:22:43 PM -
This should not be happening for this company to have this toolkit down for so long. I cannot connect from a Windows 7 64-bit machine, it worked great 2 weeks ago but now cannot start it up, fails on connection informing me the same problem.

At least someone should be updating the web site to tell the clients that it will be done for an extended period of time.

Tomohiro Takahashi at 10/28/2014 5:26:36 AM -
QC server's issue will be fixed soon...

Eduardo Fonseca at 10/29/2014 10:20:26 AM -
Easier off the QC air, causing anyone else to publish anything, so the more than 130,000 bugs already published will not increase more and no one will know of the existing errors in Delphi.

Windows client always times out

Petar Georgiev at 11/13/2014 11:55:58 AM -
What does "soon" mean? Today is 2014-11-13. We still cannot use QC Client!

The error message is:
The operation timed out - URL: - SOAPAction:urn:CDSReportPublicInterfaceIntf-ICDSReportPublicInterface#Login.

What does take so long to correct such type of error? It's reproducable enough...

Otherwise: If You download it directly, and uncheck EDN authentification, it works...

After 5 months off the air, came the Quality Central!!!!!
