Description
Please see my problem at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/28874975/how-does-keep-alive-change-my-behaver-or-must-i-set-cache-to-0

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Make 2 buttons with handlers on click
2) Button PDF handler is follwos:
    function Button1Click($sender, $params)
    {
    header("Content-type:application/pdf");

    // It will be called downloaded.pdf
    header("Content-Disposition:attachment;filename='downloaded.pdf'");

    // The PDF source is in original.pdf
    readfile("original.pdf");
    flush ();
    }

3) Button Label handler is follows:
    function Button2Click($sender, $params)
    {
    $this->Label1->Caption = " Hello world";
    }

4) Now click PDF download button and after Label button.

5) In Fiddler Protocols you see that the
request parameter Button1SubmitEvent is still set to Button1_Button1Click even when only button2 is clicked.
