Connection with an Interbase XE3 or XE7 client library (gds32.dll) with local protocol to an Interbase 2009 DB wich uses events does not work.
When an event is fired, the connection hangs.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create an Interbase 2009 DB (on IB 2009 server) which use event mechanism and connect to this database with Interbase XE3 or XE7 client library (gds32.dll) and local protocol.

2) Fire event.
1) Connect to the database with TCP protocol (connection string like "\..." OR "LocalHost:C:\...").

2) Use Interbase 2009 or XE client library to connect to the database.
