While registering in the Embarcadero XE5 with proper DN login and password im getting " The serial number entered is an upgrade only version of the product, and requires a prior version of the product to be registered. The registration entry entry was not found, registration failed. Correct the error and attempt to register again." Please let me know to overcome this issue. This license recently we transferred from other PC with proper transfer procedure. Please do the needful asap
