Description
View-Browser - Show the "Exploring Classes" window with the
minimize and maximize buttons.

Should also change the caption to "Browser- Exploring Classes" instead of "Exploring Classes". Helps to differentiate with "Code Explorer".

Currently, you must drag the window to enlarge it.
