Description
When starting a second process debugging with the CPU View open, you get stopped at ntdll.DbgBreakPoint.
Steps to Reproduce:
Start Delphi.
With the default app that it comes up with Project| Add New Project and click OK.
Project| Build all projects.
F8.
View| Debug Windows| CPU.
Use run button drop down to change active project.
F8 and see you are stopped in the ntdll.DbgBreakPoint but should be at the begin statement like the first process.

If you reset both apps and repeat steps you will see the correct behavoir.
