Steps to Reproduce:
1. File | New | ASP application
2. click OK
3. drop a button
4. dblClick Button1 to code editor
5. File | Close All, save on prompt

6. File | Open Project

After that, if try other operation, will cause AV or IDE dispear

Note:  To reproduce the welcome page must be enabled so that it shows after the web project is closed.  If File/Open Project... doesn't produce the problem, sizing the IDE window does.
