Description
Using the Borland formatter there are formatting problems with the li tag
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create a new Web application and in the webform create type this between the body tags

  </ul>

2) Now hit the save button and you end up with this

      </ul>

The 1 and 2 after the <li> have moved onto a new line
