Description
Making a project several times results in Access violations in the linker
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Unzip and build attached project
   (the project uses OwlFiles includes)
2) Edit bcbmain.cpp and Make (Ctrl+F9)
3) goto step 2)

Result:
[Linker Error] Fatal: Access violation.  Link terminated..
[Linker Warning] Unable to perform incremental link - performing full link....
