Description
The function

    function ReceiveFrom(var buf; bufsize: Integer; ToAddr: TSockAddr; var len: Integer; flags: Integer = 0): Integer;

should be

    function ReceiveFrom(var buf; bufsize: Integer; var FromAddr: TSockAddr; var len: Integer; flags: Integer = 0): Integer;

this bug is really old, but would be easy to fix

You need the parameter to know who has sent a packet to this udp socket.

Without declaring the parameter var, the information is lost.
