When editing an existing ToDoList item, the priority shown in the edit dialog is incorrect. If you apply changes with this dialog, the original priority is overwritten.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new VCL Forms project with Delphi for Win32
3. Click on menu View->To-Do List.
4. Add (with mouse or shortcut Ctrl-A) todo item "item1" and set priority to "1"
2. add todo item "item2" and set priority to "2"
3. add todo item "item3" and set priority to "3".
4. edit todo item1 (by double click or popup menu)

exp: item1 should show up with priority 1 in the edit dialog
act: priority is 3

if you save changes then you lost previous priority ("3")
