Description
Attempting to install (updating from 7.1 to 7.5 - but probably applies to new installs as well) on Windows 2003 Server (probably applies to any version of Windows) where the Windows system folder is not on drive C fails. I found a later download for LIBBORLAND_LM.DLL via the forum which fixed the problem, but the problem doesn't need to exist at all if the main download site included the later file in the first place.
