Description
When formatting a html file with words containing international characters as HTML entities (ö , å , ....) the HTML entities are placed on separate lines which isn't the desired result. See the Steps for an example.
Steps to Reproduce:
When formatting a html file with words containing international characters as HTML entities (ö , å , ....) the HTML entities are placed on separate lines which isn't the desired result.

An example could look like this

<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
Here's a line containing some swedish: &quot;H&auml;r &auml;r lite svenska som pajjas av JBuilders formateringsfunktion.&quot;
</body>
</html>

After using "Format All" by right clicking on the editor the editor will contain

<html>
<head></head>
<body>  Here's a line containing some swedish:
  &quot;
  H
  &auml;
  r
  &auml;
  r lite svenska som pajjas av JBuilders formateringsfunktion.
  &quot;
</body>
</html>

This will not produce the same output as the content before the "Format All" since the swedish characters are now surounded by space and newline.
