Description
Attached is a sample project that shows that a memo on a panel that is originally client aligned doesn't always stay client aligned when the panels alignment changes.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run the attached sample (binary included)
2. Click on the RadioGroup to realign the panel with the memo on it.
When aligning to the left and right the memo is correctly aligned.
When aligning to the top the memo is no longer client aligned.
Screenshots also included in attachment.
