Description
I am using socket server (scktsrvr.exe) with application server on windows nt4 (service pack 6).

i've written a program which periodically connecting to application server and check database for changes.

If changes found then program do some actions with database.

After week non stop program work, the task manager show that socket server eat all free memory, so i need to restart nt4.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Replace file in Demos\Midas\SharedConn by attachments.
2. Compile application server and run it to register.
3. Compile client application and run it.
4. And you will see in task manager that SocketServer eat memory.
