"com.borland.dx.dataset.DataSetException: Parameter count mismatch. Query has 0 parameter markers, but there are only 2 possible parameter columns passed."

It's worded as though the markers are higher than the parameters.  Remove the word "only" because it is possible to have less markers than the number of parameters or no markers at all.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an application that performs a query with a select statement that uses parameters like "SELECT * FROM EMPLOYEE WHERE LASTNAME STARING ? :"

2. After it's all working correctly with the parameters and all, remove the where clause but don't remove the parameter columns.
