Description
After changing the class name of an ASP.NET web form, web form will not work.
Steps to Reproduce:
Tools/Options/  HTP/ASP.NET Options
  Select Default Editor View Web Forms: CodeEditor
  OK

File/New/C# ASP.NET Web Form

Change WebForm1 to WebFormTest

Run without debugging

expected: project runs correctly

actual: error can't resolve webform1
