Description
The DBWebAggregate controls are not autoupdating when a change in the dataset occurs. They appear to only pull data the first time.

This is a regression from D9.

[BCD]
Steps to Reproduce:
Run the C# Aggregate Demo.  Change the MinimumSalary field to a number lower than 13400 (the current minimum).  Click Update.  Notice the Lowest Salary field does not change value.  Close the application and run it again and you will notice that the control now has the correct value.
