Description
TimedObject flag is not preserved unles you do somthing that will triger code generation.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create new project
Add EJB module and use server that has EJB 2.1 support.
Add session bean.
Now set it to be timed object and then click on Classes and packages.
After clicking OK the timed object is returned back to it's previous value.
Workarounds
After stting timed object to true go to source code or click Save All.
