Description
Add a new button to the Error Reading Form labeled "Ignore for Session" that will cause that specific property on that component to be ignored when streaming in forms for the remainder of the IDE session.  This is because often the specific property is non-critical and I don't mind them being ignored for all future forms being edited suring the session, and I often see this dialog regularly when moving forms from a more recent to an older IDE version.
