Description
ECO generates duplicate or multiple identical attributes of the type:

[UmlElement(Id='dbcf6908-5575-4008-8b4e-bc03132fffd7')]

This happens in front of class functions or procedures.

I'm using Delphi 2006 Enterprise 10.0.2288.42451 Update 2
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In a diagram, add an operation to a ECO class
2. In the object inspector, set the property "static" of this operation to true
3. change the diagram (make ECO regenerate the code)
4. try to compile

please try with setting "generate code on idle set to false". I think this does not happen then.
