Description
The short description probably covers it.  The mouse wheel won't perform scrolling in the Report List as would be expected.

Note: I'm seeing this happen on Win2K systems with all service packs applied.

I can't reproduce this.  I mouse over teh report list without even giving it focus and the mouse wheel works.

- Even worse, when I use the mouse wheel, or the arrows, the selection in the grid changes.
- When I want to use the mouse wheel on the report list, I must give it focus.
I'm on W2K, SP3.

I can't do anything about this.  This is how all DBGrid descendants work.  There is no internal buffering for DBGrid to allow this type of feature that is available in third partt components like InfoPower and Dev Express.

I wish I could report that this was because the mouse wasn't setup right, but the wheel works with *everything* else besides the QC Report List.  Sorry.  Update: This is happening on two separate Win2K systems where the wheel mouse works flawlessly.

I'm not sure this is exactly the same as the one it's marked a duplicate of. I've attached a sample project Jeff can use that demonstrates the issue for me on Windows XP Pro. The mousewheel doesn't work in the ClientDataSetGrid, but it did scroll for me in a standard DBGrid.
