Using CaliberRM in a Delphi Project by Michael Li

ABSTRACT: For those in the business of building applications, having the proper requirements can make or break a project. This session will showcase how Borland CaliberRM can help in managing requirements on an enterprise level, facilitate collaboration, conduct impact analysis prior to changes, and managing change request. If you ve ever experienced bad specification or lack of it, don t miss this session.  The case study that will be showcased demonstrates real life development issues like how CaliberRM help track the evolving specifications in a Delphi development project, provide a communication vehnicle between the stakeholders and the business analysis and getting a better handle of the time and resources required to complete the work ontime.

This session will start with a general coverage of CaliberRM features and then we will dive into a Delphi project where CaliberRM was used to capture the requirements along with the time estimate.  The outcome of the project was both on time and on budget.
