Description
Currently the Autosize property of the TActionBarItem for a TActionToolbar determines whether or not the customising scroll button is displayed on the end of a toolbar.

I think this is incorrect because when customising a toolbar I want the toolbar to grow to accomdate the new buttons added to it, or shrink to remove unsightly gaps when buttons are removed from it. Currently this does not occur.
