Description
If an external file is listed on the Deployment Manager but does not actually exists, you'll get a serie of exceptions when compiling or saving and every item listed on the deployment will get repeated several times.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new ASP.Net Delphi application.
2. Save all.
3. Using windows explorer, create a new text file anywhere outside the project folder.
4. On the project manager, right click the Deployment node and create a new deployment.
5. Open the deployment created, right click the "Source Files" pane and choose "External Files".
6. Click "Add" and select the new text file. Press OK and right click the newly added text file and uncheck "Ignore File".
7. Close the deployment tab. Save changes.
8. Delete the text file.
9. Reopen the deployment. Press ok on the "file not found" message.
10. compile.

Exp: nothing.
Act: Several "File not Found" messages. Deployment items duplicated several times.
