Description
I notice that a number of reports that have been filed don't have any comments from anyone.

It would be useful if some sort of Feedback system  was introducedso that we knew if anything was going to be done about the reported problem.

Even a simple numeric system along the lines of

0 - We not going to do anything about it - tough
1 - We might do something sometime, possibly
2 - That's interesting we may get round to it
3 - Ah yes, we'll look into that
4 - Oops We'll deal with it
5 - Hold the presses all hands to this problem.

Then at least we would know what is happening.

I suspect that you need to change the project to QualityCentral

Done...

What you are asking for will not happen.  At least not as you have envisioned it.  QualityCentral is largely a user driven media.  Borland doesn't get involved until the report is opened.  Eventually, their comments (in the form of a 'fixed in release', 'was as designed', 'cannot do', ) will surface.  However, this is usually several to many months later.

As such, the comments you would like to see need to be generated by other users.  As a fellow user, you can do your part by commenting on user's reports.

As Borland personnel get more involved in QC (as is happening) you'll probably start seeing more comments from them in the reports.
