Description
When viewing the BlogCentral home page (http://blogs.borland.com) with Opera, styles are either being ignored or handled incorrectly. The visible result is that most of the text is larger than in other browsers, and is centred when it should be left-justified.

This problem did not exist until about two weeks ago, and my browser version has not changed recently, so the problem must be caused by a recent change to BlogCentral.

The problem only exists on the BlogCentral home page; individual bloggers' pages are fine.
Steps to Reproduce:
Use each of the following browsers to view http://blogs.borland.com:
Firefox (v1.5 or newer)
Internet Explorer (v6 or 7)
Opera (v9)

The page appears much different in Opera than in the other browsers.
