Say what? I did this just the other day.  I certainly don't get this behaviour.  You've been able to for as long as I remember.

Perhaps you should change this report to indicate the procedure needed to reproduce your bug or I'd imagine it will be closed.

Could print as well, though I should say that
   1. the form was somehow resized without any anti-aliasing, making any text unreadable (could print unresized of course, but that's not really perfect)
   2. the form filled the left, top and right borders complete. without even a little space of a few millimeters, only a few printers could actually print it completely that way.

Which option did you select?  Proportional, scale, fill?

It seems to be taking the printer gutter dimensions into account for me...

I will point out that you can't print the form unless the form editor is active.  That is, I found that the print option was not enabled when I changed focus back to BDS but the form wasn't active.

Ok, will reinvestigate this. I just haven't any Delphi installed on this PC.

I've closed it as a test-case error for now. If you do find steps where the menu item is disabled where it shouldn't then please edit the report and post detailed steps (and the layout/designer you're using). That will set the report back to Reported.

I found out now that this happens when the form designer has no focus. But it is known that the IDE has some focus issues where the focus doesn't get back to the place the user expects after some operations in some cases.
