Hi!

Enhancement 1:
I'm often adds references (URL's) to my code, and I also use the //ToDo : .

Example fom my code
// Ref : LonMark: http://www.lonmark.org/press/download/XIF_040A.pdf


My suggestion is then to add support for URL:s in the ToDoList or a ReferencesList. (and also UNC-links/i.e path to a local document)

If I use a include-file the defined ToDo:s don't apere in the ToDoList.
