Description
On various platforms and window managers there are different set of fonts. Sometimes it is impossible to see what written in the dialogs, letters is so small or fonts is not readable at all. Sometimes IDE selects so ugly fonts (Linux full of these fonts) so i'm unable to see Kylix without pain.

It is requred to have ability to change font name, size, charset and all other parameters that describe a font. This font should be used in all menus, dialogs, inspectors. Size of GUI elements and windows should be dependent from font size, not from designed size in pixels.

You can pass the required font and style information on the command line to start[kylix, delphi, bcb] as follows: -

startkylix -fn -*-helvetica-*-*-*-*-*-100-*-*-*-*-*-* -style=windows

where the 100 is your required point size * 10

I tried to do such thing, and IDE immediately corrupted everything locale specific. Maybe this make no sense if you use only english characters, but i'm from Russia and cyrillic support is very important for me.
