Description
Once in a while, I cannot minimize BDS 2006, either via the Minimize icon in the NorthEast corner, or via WindowsKey+M.

When this happens, everything else I have open (usually Notepad, Outlook, EMS SQL Manager, OpenOffice Writer) will minimize, just BDS 2006 won't.
Steps to Reproduce:
Infrequently encountered, don't know what steps, if any, cause this to happen.
