When report which you vote for went to production only way to see available votes is to try to vote

Actually you can't even see it then.  You can see how many votes you've already used but not how many are still available.  There's currently nothing on either the Windows UI or the Web interface that indicates that you have 5 votes per project.  You just have to know.

This is not true for the Client GUI. View | Options and on the server constnts page it is the VOTE_LIMIT which represents how many votes per project you can use.

Only problem is you have to remember how many votes you did use and catch a moment when report you did vote for was fixed and your votes were released.
I believe a logic is very simple to have such functionality and do not required any big amount of work to have it.

No problem with this. It is just when we have many reports in "My reports" or "Tracked" list it is good to see if any votes was cleared and you can reuse it.
