Can't set report status in Newest comments query dialog

Description
The Newest comments query dialog has a group box for setting the status of the desired reports (Reported, Open, etc), which is not visibly disabled. But clicking on it does nothing.It would be nice if it were possible to select these, but if it isn't could the dialog be changed?
Steps to Reproduce:
Queries | Newest comments
Try to click on Status | Open

// Exp: Status |Open will be checked
// Act: it isn't

Actually you can set status in the Newest query. You can't in the My Unrated query.
