Description
After upgrading to to kernel 2.4.20 any calls to Libc.system and popen while debugging in the IDE will fail. Applications running outside the IDE or with internal debugging turned off run fine.

This shows up at least on:

SuSE 8.0 (with updated kernel)
SuSE 8.2
Redhat 9
Steps to Reproduce:
1. New application
2. Add a button to the form
3. In the Button1Click execute
   Libc.system(PChar('xterm'));

// Exp: xterm starts.
// Act: xterm isn't executed.
Workarounds
Turn off integrated debugging. Not ideal.

the same problem with upgrade Mandrake 8.2 >9.1.

I use modified rutine from
http://community.borland.com/article/0,1410,27500,0.html

popen return OK, but Libc.fread return 0 bytes
(without IDE work good).
