Description
If one sets QControls.TControl.Cursor to crHelp or crNoDrop the Cursor remains type arrow.

Problem in QForms:

  CustomCursors: array[0..5] of TCustomCursor = (
<-!!!
no shapes for crHelp and crNoDrop.
...

There are shapes for crHSplit and crVSplit which are unused.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run the attached Project1.
2. Click 'crhelp'
3. Move mouse into the white square.
4. Exp: cursor changes.
Act: no change.

5. Click 'crnodrop'.
6. Move mouse into the white square.
7. Exp: cursor changes.
Act: no change.
