Description
When working with dual screen, having the primary screen as 800x600 and secondary 1680x1050, I place the IDE on the secondary screen, and I can pull the IDE to full width (1680), but the height is limited to 600. When maximizing the IDE, it stays on the secondary screen, but sizes to 800*600 utilizing only a quarter of the screen.
Steps to Reproduce:
Set primary screen to 800 x 600, secondary to 1680 x 1050. Place Delphi 2007 IDE on secondary screen. Try maximizing Delphi IDE or resizing height to 600+.

This is probably related to bug #2562 which I reported some time back in the medieval... ;)

I haven't retested this in a while as by now I am using the same (high) resolution on both monitors but I'm pretty sure I saw this with Turbo Delphi 2006 as well...
