Description
When debugging, from time to time Vista does not render the code editor window properly when stopped at a breakpoint.  
This is not 100% reliably reproducible, but I have captured this problem and will attach it to this incident report.

This project was originally developed in Delphi 7, and the code has been brought across to Delphi 2007

I should mention that I use 64-bit Vista, as we have core-duo systems with 4GB of memory, and we have a need to use VMs for certain tasks.

Does your issue occur on only Vista x64?
