Steps to Reproduce:
The problem is reproducible to me, but it is hard to
provide a simple demonstration application.

When one window overlays another, TLabels don't become
repainted, when the covered window, becomes focus again.

It looks like part of the label is wipped out.

After doing some research i found out,
the this happens with themeservices enabled
only.

This could be related to the csOpaque value when
creating the component.
