Description
When docking is used under Windows Vista *with* Aero all of the Slide In/Slide Out functionality failes to redraw properly.

This happen with any application that uses the DockTabSet componet.  Including the development IDE.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Windows Vista with Aero (Glass effect) turned on.
2. Open the Delphi IDE and place a docking window into a Docksite.
3. Un-pin the window (if necessary)
4. Activeate the new Docking Tab by holding the mouse over it
5. Move mouse out of the docked window

The docked window when it collapses back to the DockTabSet no longer properly
redraws the underlying controls.

If you turn the Aero subsystem off then everything works as normal with no issues.
