Currently when you perform are selecting an area for a report the filter entered is case sensitive. Change this to be case insensitive.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start QC Plus
2. Select a report you can edit
3. Right click on the Area text for the displayed report and select Edit Area...
4. Enter in a filter at the bottom of the Select Area dialog for an area you know exists using the correct case
5. Enter in the same filter string but use different case
