Description
I have a exmaple project for my tool which is delivered together with my tool. Because it should be usable with every Delphi version it is without any bproj or dproj files, only dpr and resource files. The header of the dpr looks like this:

program Protest3;
{%DelphiDotNetAssemblyCompiler '$(SystemRoot)\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1.4322\System.dll'}

When opening the dpr file I am asked if I want to update the project. If I answer with YES, the DPR-file is destroyed.
At the end of the programstatement a lot of undisplayable characters are inserted.
Steps to Reproduce:
Just open prject with the enclosed attachment.
