Description
When I download a file from Code Central (Linux, Konqueror), the file name includes quotation marks as part of the name. I need to remove the quotes manually to get normal names, e.g.,

mv \"12345_long_but_useful_name.zip\" 12345_long_but_useful_name.zip

(Okay, it's trivial to write a Perl script or Kylix program to fix all such names for me, but I shouldn't have to.)
