1. Clean insteall of IDE, personally-installed RoR runtime
2. Start IDE
3. goto New Model Wizard
4. Click configure interp.
5. Click search

//exp: finds existing RoR in \ust\local
//act: doesn't fing what it needs.

Steps to Reproduce:
Add actual location of RoR install/runtime manually.
