Description
No TPageControl quando adicionado varios TTabSheet e neles e  colocado varios componentes, quando form   chamado novamente e clicado em qualquer area da tela, o TPageControl se atrapalha todo mostrando componentes de um outro TTabSheet que nao e o que esta definido, para voltar a tela correta, temos que clicar nas guias, lembrando que isto somente acontece em modo de projeto (Designer), pois em modo de execucao, nao ocorre o erro
Steps to Reproduce:
when a new TTabsheet is added, the focus and display are inconsistent with each other.

In the TPageControl when added some TTabSheet and in them some components are placed, when form is called and click again in any area of the screen, the TPageControl if confuses showing component all of one another TTabSheet that and not what it was defined, to come back the correct screen, we have that to clicar in the guides, remembering that this only happens in project way (Designer), therefore in execution way, does not occur the error
